To start you will need
1 pkg of noodles
1 pound of chicken
1 bottle of herb and garlic marinade
1 pkg of frozen stir fry veggies
You will need to cook the noodles.
I then cook the chicken, sometimes I marinade it before and sometimes I don't because I forget.
Then I cook the veggies in a skillet with a tablespoon of vegetable oil on medium
After both are cooked I cut up the chicken into small pieces and combine the noodles, chicken and veggies. I add herb and garlic sauce, and mix it up.
Let it simmer for about 15 minutes and you are done. It is delish.
A quick, easy summer meal! I usually serve garlic bread with it! Enjoy!
